Newest Recipe: This  is our latest dish that we have cooked and enjoyed in our kitchen!  We are committed to the quality of our lamb and are here to help you with recipes and questions.

Lamb Meatballs:

Yield:  4 Servings

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Cook Time:  20 Minutes


1 lb. Wilk Farm ground lamb

1 large egg, lightly beaten

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp. parsley

2 tsp. oregano

1 tsp. ground cumin

1 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. black pepper

1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil


1.  Preheat oven to 425. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.  In a large bowl, combine Wilk Farm ground lamb, egg, garlic, parsley, oregano, cumin, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.  Form into 16 meatballs and place on prepared baking sheet.

2.  Drizzle meatballs with oil and bake until golden and cooked through, 20 minutes.  Serve warm.

Parsley and Oregano can also be used fresh.  When I prepared this recipe I used what I had on hand which was dried spices.  It was delicious!
