The farm is currently undergoing its first renovation in 25 years! We have upgraded our sheep and hay barns, purchased new grazing tools and added improved grass seed varieties to our existing 20 acre pasture. We are also transitioning an adjacent and former 31 acre conventional vegetable farm to a nature based pasture rotational grazing system. All to provide you with some of the finest grass fed lamb in NJ! Please check back in the fall of 2026.
