1 lb. Wilk Farm ground lamb

1 large egg, lightly beaten

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp. parsley

2 tsp. oregano

1 tsp. ground cumin

1 tsp. kosher salt

1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil


1. Preheat oven to 425. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine Wilk Farm ground lamb, egg, garlic, parsley, oregano, cumin, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes. Form into 16 meatballs and place on prepared baking sheets.

2. Drizzle meatballs with oil and bake until golden and cooked through, 20 minutes.


Parsley and Oregano can be fresh or dried. I used dried ingredients and it was delicious.
